Pottered round and round the lake caoutiosly listening to me nee. Running when I could, walking when I could. Sometimes walking more painful than running... Weird huh.

Knee sore, increasing so, by halfway was agony. Limped round. Phil shopped for tubigrip, helped somewhat. Limped in to finish, knowing it would be wise to give tomorrow a miss :(

 

Oh, also, Phil ran the 10k on the evening.

Reasonably pleasant.
Phil did 3 laps.

Rough chalk, then annoying gravel, a steep wheeeeee decent, then the majority of the course into the wind along the concrete sea wall. Then turn around and come back the same way. 7 times.
